The James Fraser Law Libary is located at 297 Pembroke Steet East Suite 1211, Pembroke, Ontario Phone: 613-732-4880 Fax: 613-732-2262 Email: rcla@bellnet.ca Laurie Stoddard, Librarian Grace Mick, Library Assistant Hours of Operation: Staffed Hours:    Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.    Association Members have 24/7 access to the Library using their pass card. A password is required to operate the photocopier and to print from the computers. Anyone who does not have a password or has forgotten it may obtain it by contacting the Library office. Available Services: Researching and photocopying of caselaw, statutes, etc. (There is no charge for this service except the cost of the photocopies). Requests may be in person, by telephone, fax or e-mail. If copies of cases are e-mailed there is no photocopy charge.) Electronic research and Internet access TV/DVD available for use Computer available for Microsoft Word use Quicklaw, Westlaw, Damages Partner,  and online databases are available via the "Toolkit of Legal Resources" found on computer desktops Legal Product Training - Library staff will be pleased to assist and train members on the electronic research products. If you are interested in legal software training, please telephone the Library office and we will arrange a training session to suit your schedule. Research Assistance - Library staff is available to respond to your questions and assist you in using the resources of and available to the Library. We can help you locate and note up cases and update statutes. This is a free service. Rates: Computer Print and Photocopy - $.20/page
